Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Carouselma.

We use information to provide accounts and subscriptions, save and generate carousels, answer support requests, keep Carouselma secure, fix errors, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run Carouselma, process payments, provide AI features, store information, and fix technical problems.

These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and run your account. If you try the editor without an account, projects may be stored in your browser. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

5. Storage and security

We use security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unwanted access. No online service is completely secure. We keep information only while it is needed to run the service, handle account issues, or keep necessary business records.

6. Access, correction, and deletion

You can update your password or delete your account from Settings. You may also ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by contacting us. After account deletion, we may keep basic payment or account records for tax, fraud prevention, and support.

7. Privacy questions or complaints

Contact us at support@carouselma.com. We will review privacy requests or complaints and reply as soon as we can.

8. Children

Carouselma is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service. If you believe a person under 16 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
