Terms of Service

1. Using Carouselma

These terms apply when you access or use Carouselma. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.

2. The service

Carouselma provides tools for creating, editing, saving, and exporting social media carousels. Features may change as the service develops. The service may sometimes be unavailable while we fix, update, or protect it.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features require an active subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Payments, invoices, taxes, and payment details are handled by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page.

Refunds are generally not provided. You may still be entitled to a refund if the service has a major problem.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, brand information, and other content you upload or create. To run Carouselma, you allow us to store, process, and display that content for you.

You must have permission to use the content you upload. Do not use Carouselma to copy someone else's work or break the law.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing or relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, upload illegal or harmful content, or use Carouselma to harm another person or their work.

7. Account suspension or closure

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close an account for serious misuse, security risks, unpaid fees, or breaking these terms.

8. Service limits

We work to keep Carouselma available and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always work without errors. We are not responsible for unexpected losses caused by using the service. Australian consumer protections still apply.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of New South Wales.
